Knitting as a Research Method
Sam's past project explored 'Knitting as a Research Tool'. Taking influence from natural disasters, chance and the sublime, she investigated repetitive process and abstraction through mark-making and knit, culminating in a huge wall drawing (9' x 7'3"), which took 25 hours to complete.
